This week at Vionta Metal, a new batch of aluminum pergolas has completed production and entered the final stage—packing and waiting for shipment. Orders like this are part of our daily work, but each one still goes through the same careful process from fabrication to delivery.
From Assembly to Inspection
On the workshop floor, the pergola frames are first assembled in sections. We lay the structure flat to make alignment easier to control. This helps ensure that every connection point fits properly and the overall dimensions stay accurate.
The aluminum profiles are pre-finished with a powder-coated surface, giving them a clean look while also improving outdoor durability. After the frame is secured, the louver panels are placed one by one. Workers check spacing, straightness, and fit as they go, rather than waiting until the end. It’s a straightforward process, but attention to detail here makes installation much smoother later.
Packing for Transport
Once everything passes inspection, the focus shifts to packaging. Since these pergolas will travel long distances, protection during shipping matters just as much as production.
Each component is wrapped individually with protective materials to reduce the risk of scratches or impact damage. After that, all parts are packed into wooden crates. The crates are reinforced at the corners and built to handle handling, stacking, and transport.
From the photos, you can see the finished crates arranged neatly in the workshop, ready to be loaded. Labels and packing lists are prepared in advance so the customer can easily identify parts upon arrival.
What This Batch Shows

Moving Forward
This shipment will soon be on its way to the customer. For us, it’s another routine delivery—but also a reminder that reliable production and simple, well-executed processes are what customers actually depend on.
If you’re planning a project and need aluminum pergolas or similar structures, Vionta metal is ready to support with manufacturing and shipping.
