Vionta Metal does not enforce a strict, fixed MOQ across all products. As a factory (not a trading company), we support small-batch and trial orders so overseas buyers can test the market before committing to a full container. Typical starting quantities vary by product category — for example, cable railing and aluminum railing kits can often start from a single project's worth of material, while pergolas and awnings are usually quoted per unit or per project. Send us your project size and we will confirm the minimum quantity and price break points for your specific specification.

Yes. Free samples are available for most standard hardware components (such as cable fittings, terminals and posts) — typically the buyer covers the courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) shipping cost, and we cover the sample cost. For larger assembled samples (a full pergola module or an awning arm), a sample fee applies and is refundable against your first bulk order in most cases. Sample lead time is usually [5–10 working days] depending on customization.

Vionta Metal's factory operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system, and applicable products carry CE compliance for the European market. We also provide material test reports and structural performance documentation on request, and we support third-party factory audits and inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV or a client-nominated inspector) before shipment. Certificate copies and test reports for your specific product line can be sent along with your quotation — just let us know which region's compliance standard applies to your project (e.g. IBC / ASTM in North America, EN 1090 in the EU, AS 1170 in Australia).

We commonly work on a T/T (bank transfer) basis, typically [30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment against the B/L copy]. For larger or repeat orders, we can also discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Trade Assurance / escrow-based payment is available for buyers who prefer additional protection on a first order.

Standard/stock specification orders usually take [20–25 days] from deposit to ready-for-shipment. Fully customized orders (special colors, non-standard post heights, curved railings, electric pergola/awning systems) take longer, generally [25–35 days], depending on order volume and the current production schedule. We confirm an exact date in writing at order confirmation, and provide production progress photos/videos on request.

Our factory is in Ningbo, about one hour from Ningbo and Hangzhou airports and roughly two hours from Shanghai Pudong Airport, giving us fast access to major sea and air freight routes. We typically ship FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, and can also arrange CIF/DDP terms or work with your nominated freight forwarder. For urgent or small orders, air freight and express courier are available in addition to standard sea freight (FCL/LCL).

Structural components (posts, frames, cables) are covered by a standard warranty of [2 years], reflecting the long service life of stainless steel and aluminum alloy construction. Motorized components (motors, remote controls, smart control systems) used in our pergolas and awnings typically carry a separate, shorter warranty in line with the motor manufacturer's own terms. Our team is available for online support to help diagnose installation or hardware issues, and replacement parts can be shipped separately if needed — you do not need to return the full structure.

Yes. Vionta Metal accepts OEM production (your brand, your packaging) and ODM development (custom profiles, dimensions, colors or hardware configurations based on your drawings or requirements). If you already have CAD/RVT drawings, send them directly — our engineering team will confirm feasibility and provide a quotation, usually within a few working days.

Every order goes through in-process inspection during manufacturing and a final piece-by-piece QC check before packing. For larger orders, we welcome a pre-shipment inspection by your own quality team, a third-party inspection company, or a factory visit in person — our Ningbo facility is open to client audits with advance notice.

Each product ships with a written installation guide, and CAD/RVT project files are available for download to help your installer or architect plan ahead of delivery. Our support team is available online to answer installation questions during setup. On-site installation supervision can be arranged for large commercial projects on request — contact us to discuss project scope and feasibility for your location.
