Our History

Zhejiang Vionta Metal Co.,Ltd, is a factory specializing in the fields of metal railings, awning and pergolas since 2004. After more than 20 years of innovation, we have integrating design, R&D, manufacturing, and sales under one roof. Today, the Vionta Metal factory covers an area of 8,500 square meters and employs 47 people, comprising 16 sales and technical staff and 31 workshop personnel.Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is about one hour's drive to Hangzhou Airport and Ningbo Airport, and about two hours' drive to Shanghai Pudong Airport. We accept OEM and ODM services of cable railing, aluminum railing, stainless steel railing, aluminum pergola, aluminum awning for residential, multi-family and commercial building products industry. Product Application

Railing System— Our railing systems span stainless steel, aluminum, cable, and glass railing, engineered for a wide range of settings: residential balconies and staircases, multi-family housing developments, municipal roadways, and bridge infrastructure (including completed bridge railing projects), as well as commercial building exteriors. Across all these applications, the priority is the same — corrosion resistance, structural load capacity, and a finish that holds its appearance for years without maintenance, since railing is a safety component as much as a design one.

Aluminum Pergola — Our pergola range, including both retractable-roof and louvered-roof systems, is built for outdoor living and hospitality spaces where weather resistance and adaptability matter most: backyard patios, pool decks, restaurant terraces, and hotel outdoor seating areas. The aluminum frame construction and motorized blade or canopy systems give end users real control over shade, rain protection, and ventilation, while the structural design is built to perform reliably through wind, rain, and long-term sun exposure.

Aluminum Awning — Our manual and motorized retractable awning systems are used across storefronts, residential patios, and hospitality venues that need flexible shade on demand. Beyond comfort, retractable awnings play a real role in a building's energy profile — by blocking direct solar heat gain in summer, they reduce interior cooling load, which is increasingly a selling point for both commercial operators and homeowners focused on energy efficiency.

Production Packaging

Every order moves through a structured production sequence: incoming raw material inspection, precision cutting and extrusion, surface treatment (powder coating or anodizing depending on the finish specified), CNC-machined component assembly, functional testing of moving parts such as motors and locking mechanisms, and a final quality inspection before packing.

For export, products are packed to withstand long-distance sea freight — components are foam-padded and crated to prevent transit damage, container loading is planned to maximize unit count per shipment and reduce per-unit freight cost, and packaging can be adapted to a client's branding requirements for OEM and private-label orders, including neutral packaging on request. Full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and material test certificates — is prepared as standard for every shipment.
