At Vionta Metal, we value every customer update, from a completed installation to the safe arrival of a shipment. Recently, we received installation videos from a customer in the United States and warehouse delivery feedback from a customer in Spain. These updates highlight two important parts of our work: customizing aluminum pergolas to meet project requirements and preparing them carefully for international delivery.

1. A Custom Aluminum Louvered Pergola Installed in the USA

We were pleased to receive a video from our American customer showing the completed installation of their custom aluminum louvered pergola. The video demonstrates the motorized features in operation, including the retractable roof louvers and side blinds.

This pergola was customized according to the customer's balcony dimensions and functional requirements. Instead of simply selecting a standard model, the customer worked with us to create an outdoor shading solution suited to the available space and intended use.

The adjustable roof system allows the customer to control sunlight and ventilation by changing the louver position. When needed, the motorized side blinds provide additional shade and privacy. Seeing these features working in the finished installation is especially rewarding for our team.

2. Spanish Customer Confirms Satisfaction with Pergola Packaging

We also received confirmation from our Spanish customer that the pergola shipment had arrived at their warehouse. The customer was satisfied with the packaging, which is an important part of preparing aluminum pergolas for international transport.

For this order, each pergola was packed in three wooden pallet packages. We used secure wooden packaging to hold the components in place, with protective materials placed inside to help reduce the risk of scratches, impacts, and movement during handling and transit.

Pergola systems contain multiple components that need to arrive in suitable condition for installation. Careful packing helps protect these parts throughout loading, transportation, and warehouse handling. Dividing the product into two wooden packages also provides an organized way to handle the shipment.
