Installation Overview

Aluminum deck balusters are designed for straightforward site installation. No specialist tools or trade knowledge are required for standard residential applications.

Installation steps:

1. Mark post positions and fix the bottom rail to the decking or structural frame.

2. Measure and mark equal baluster spacing along the bottom rail (maximum 4-inch clear spacing for IBC/IRC compliance — confirm local code requirements).

3. Insert balusters into the bottom rail channels and secure.

4. Set the top rail onto the baluster tops and fix in position.

5. Check for plumb and tighten all fasteners. Inspect end caps are fully seated.

Leave a 6–12 mm (1/4–1/2 inch) gap at rail ends to allow for thermal movement. This prevents the system from buckling in warm weather.

Vionta provides PDF installation drawings, video guides, and custom hole-spacing templates with orders. Engineering-grade hardware packs are available for commercial projects.

Export Packaging

Each baluster is individually wrapped in PE scratch-resistant film. Units of the same specification are bundled and arranged in cardboard inner boxes. Outer cartons use heavy-duty corrugated board with corner protectors. Pallets are packed in fumigation-free export wooden crates suitable for container loading. Marks and labels are in English with carton count, item codes, and net/gross weights.

OEM and Wholesale Services

Vionta Metal works directly with importers, distributors, and building contractors on OEM and private-label programs. We can produce balusters to your own profile designs, apply your brand markings, and pack to your labelling requirements. Samples are available before bulk production is confirmed.

Round tube (Ø16 mm / Ø19 mm) and square tube (15×15 mm / 19×19 mm) in standard heights of 26, 29, 32, and 36 inches. Custom lengths and hole spacing are produced to order.

What colour options are available?
Standard options are black, white, bronze, and silver. Custom RAL colours are available for OEM and project orders of sufficient quantity.

Do you supply the full railing system or just the balusters?
Both. Vionta can supply complete railing kits including top rail, bottom rail, brackets, fasteners, and end caps, or individual baluster components to complement an existing system.
