Post base options: surface-mount (bolt-down plate) — suitable for concrete or tile surfaces, all hardware visible above the surface; core-fill (embedded sleeve) — post is set into a pre-cast sleeve embedded in concrete, cleaner finish, stronger for high-traffic applications.

What aluminum alloy grade is used?

All structural profiles use 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. This grade combines good extrusion quality (tight dimensional tolerance), strong corrosion resistance in outdoor environments, and compatibility with both powder coating and anodizing. Wall thickness on posts is minimum 2.0mm for structural integrity under load. All fasteners are stainless steel A2 grade as standard; A4 (marine grade) is available for coastal projects at extra cost.

Can the handrail height be specified to match local building codes?

Yes. We supply to projects across North America, Europe, and Australia, so code compliance is a standard part of our quoting process. Common requirements we work to: IRC 36" / 34–38" graspable (US residential), IBC 42" (US commercial), EN 1090 / EN 13374 (EU), NBC 900mm (Canada), NCC / AS 1170 (Australia). What infill options are available?

Three standard infill systems: aluminum picket balusters (most common, spacing ≤ 100mm to meet code), stainless steel cable runs (for coastal or contemporary projects), and tempered glass panels (10mm or 12mm). Custom ornamental profiles or mixed infill can be quoted for larger project orders.

What surface finishes are available?

Powder coating — TGIC polyester powder, electrostatically applied and oven-cured at 180–200°C. Dry film thickness 60–80 microns. Any RAL color; standard colors (white, black, dark gray, champagne) ship faster. Anodizing — 15–25 micron anodic oxide, clear/natural or bronze/champagne. Anodized finish is harder than powder coat and better suited to salt-air environments. Both finishes carry a 5-year warranty against peeling or corrosion under normal outdoor exposure.

What is the minimum order quantity and can OEM be arranged?

MOQ is flexible — we accept single-project quantities. For volume or repeat orders, OEM services are available: custom aluminum extrusion profile (minimum 500kg per profile die), custom RAL or special finish, branded packaging, and pre-cut-to-length components to reduce site waste. Lead time for standard profiles is 15–20 working days after order confirmation; custom extrusions add 20–30 days for die tooling.
